Octopus, Montreal-style

Following my recent trip to Lisbon with my super Happiness Engineer colleagues, I came back with a hankering for some octopus, as I had some really delicious seafood while in Portugal. The best meal of the trip was definitely the night I had some octopus, so I decided to prepare some today for the first time. Looks like it’s a success, everyone loved it!

    1. It was really really tasty, too! You should try some at a restaurant before trying to make it yourself, if it freaks you out.

      1. If it was really chewy, then it wasn’t prepared well. It’s a bit chewy, but not that much! Squid is chewier in my experience.
