Following my recent trip to Lisbon with my super Happiness Engineer colleagues, I came back with a hankering for some octopus, as I had some really delicious seafood while in Portugal. The best meal of the trip was definitely the night I had some octopus, so I decided to prepare some today for the first time. Looks like it’s a success, everyone loved it!

Octopus is one of the few seafoods that freak me out. Lol. I’m totally impressed that you prepared it yourself!
It was really really tasty, too! You should try some at a restaurant before trying to make it yourself, if it freaks you out.
Trying it at a restaurant would be enough! I think I’ve had it before once, and it was reallllly chewy.
If it was really chewy, then it wasn’t prepared well. It’s a bit chewy, but not that much! Squid is chewier in my experience.
